¿Y que paso con el Impeachment?

I am not an expert in anything, in the laws much less, but the best thing that the American legal system has is the Precedent, although this of the Impeachment is not a normal trial, at least it follows the same order and sequence as a town court. Already the Democrats in the freeze managed to vote (minus three) for the impeachment of President Trump, now he has to take him to the Senate that is the Judge and jury so that the process has validities and legal course, if not done so, then the defendant continues loose and without the opportunity to defend oneself, therefore time has been wasted because if there is no judgment, it cannot be condemned, what is this? A Pelosada? Yo no soy experto en nada, en las leyes mucho menos, pero lo mejor que tiene el sistema legal americano es el Precedente, aunque esto del Impeachment no es un juicio normal,al menos sigue el mismo orden y secuencia que una corte de pueblo. Ya los demócratas en el congeso consiguieron votar(menos tres) por el impeachment del Presidente Trump, ahora tiene que llevarlo al Senado que es el Juez y jurado para que el proceso tenga validez y curso legal, si no se hace asi, entonce el acusado sigue suelto y sin tener la oportunidad de defenderse, por lo tanto se ha perdido el tiempo porque si no existe el juicio no se puede condenar, ¿qué es esto? ¿Una Pelosada?
